The SLPH challenge is over and here are the results:
1.)There was no material lie or fact that wasnt truthful.
2. ) The report stays as is, 100% unchanged from its original form.
3.) Captain SEC is wroing about the switch date of april , and even if he was right , my report is truthful based on Bloomberg as my source for the name change and symbol change.Im a trader so I go by when the symbol is switched to effect the trigger date.
Dow JONES reports:
DJN 4/27 *DJ New FilmWorld Inc. (FWLD) Symbol SLPH Effective April 27
4.) The share count is 23,288,000 according to Bloomberg, the report says 23 million, it is an approximation not a lie
( meaning a untruth meant to decieve people )
5.) all information that is not exact that has ben identified is 100% upto interpretation of what source you use.
6.) Noone has found anything that significantly changes any part or even insignificantly changes the content of the report.
7.) The challenge was related to the " statements " in the report, this to me, means the body of the report and it's inclusive sentences. you should have picked a sentence and proved it was false or deceptive to prove your point.
8.) The vital stats in the report are there to simply give people a reference point
9.) All errors or approximations were made to the benefit of the target company.
The standard to which some people here are applying to the challenge is ridiculous. If I was to report that I am 33 years old, It would be considered a lie by these buttheaded morons. Because in actuality I am really 33 years, 7 month, 11 days old. If I said my Birthday was Nov 28 th, again it would be a lie because I was born at 8:53 pm so not until that second would I be telling the truth, assuming you dont count leap year
If I said Im 33 years old, an argument could be made if Im really 33 yeras old or 34 lunar years old.
IT has been a sickening display of pettiness and childish mumbo jumbo. I have even recieved a death threat over this challenge via an email.
I think its clear that the SLPH report is soilid and the Company doenst have a leg to stand on and if this matter continues the countersuit will be aggresively pursued along with anyone who claims that there is a single lie in the report. You will have to prove to a judge and jury what constitutes a lie or an untruthfull statement, I am willing are you?
In a few days you all proved that the only thing you could find were a few minor and completely irrelevant issues relating to a name change, share count, and a action with NASDR which is happening and does involve CHST, so now we are talking about present versus past tense, and all of which is irrelevant to the SLPH subject matter.
CaptainSEC did a good job of digging and helping confirm that the report is soilid without any important misstatemnets and no intentionally deceptive statememnts.
I think he is entitled to the sum of $ 1,000.00 to be dontaed to his favorite charity, I will correspond with him privately and resolve this issue with him along with another idea I have.
As far as the rest of everyone who basically maligned me and slandered me and libeled me, I wish you get thereapy cause your hatred is unhealthy.
