To anyone, I was trading Dell on the 13th and I bought at 13 3/8
and immediately placed a stop market sell order at 12 7/8, well the stock traded down to the stop price but the order never executed untill about 5 minutes later, by then the price was 12 3/8. I didn't
think it was right for a market order to take this long to execute,so I called Datek and spoke to Sergio in customer service,he told me that this can happen if its very busy and there was nothing they could do about it. Can a case be made to get this trade scratched or must I eat it. Thanks in advance .. Duco..
