Conservatives had a caucus. They noticed that the GOP had tripled earmarks since 1995 rivaling that of the Defense budget. They thought out loud This doesn't look good. They looked at each other. Knew exactly what to do....In unison that all yelled out. It was Jeffords; Jeffords did it; Jeffords did it all.
