I feel like these comments are aimed partially at me. You know, it is just as easy to find the old posts where many are claiming IDCC to be a "pump & dump" and a company with no viable CDMA patents. Of course, after Matsushita forked over $19 million in upfront licensing fees to IDCC this year and Infineon signed a 10 year UMTS chip deal, those comments were obviously further off the mark than most. And I don't see many publicly admitting they were wrong. Postyle, I do admit my mistakes quite readily but the fact of the matter is, the Matsushita and Infineon deals do not conflict with any views I have presented. If you feel otherwise, I invite you to post my comments here. I prefer not to have any skeletons and always try to remain objective in order to maximize the value of my research. Bux
