Charles, re: Generally speaking, I agree. But in the context of semiconductor business, it is hard to find companies that are successful/profitable in the long term with small market shares. Think hard and see how many examples you can comeup with. I can't think of anyone that has been long term successful in the microprocessor business, large or small, except Intel. I just don't see how AMD can compete if they start to lose money. John
