None of those numbers had anything to do with Intel capital. They were what each company spent on property, plant, and equipment, vs. how much they admitted spending (recoginzed as an expense) on property, plant, and equipment (as opposed to deferring the costs to future quarters - which is what Intel has been doing).

Intel capital has nothing to do with this (though it will keep Intel a going concern longer than would otherwise be the case)
