Bush avoids the abortion issue in general. Most politicians do except when they're pro-choice which is more popular. Pro-life means taking womens right away. Not real popular with women. When Bush has to mention it or is speaking to a safe partisan audience he does. But if he ever acts on his words (anything beyond partial birth, which is very-very rare anyway so who cares?) he's going to lose swing votes. He already got the pro-Choice vote. Also Bush Sr. was always pro choice in the old days wasn't he? I believe that's true. And didn't Bush have an ex-girlfriend aborted and hushed up? Yes according to some sources. But why dredge up ancient history? They're all hypocrites playing to the far right in their old age for some reason. Know where their bread is buttered I guess. But if one of his own daughters got knocked up by some creep I'm sure GW would question his position. Nothing worse than some pregnant teenager with her life in front of her who is told she can't get an abortion. Then she either has it which ruins her life, or she does what that Hispanic girl in LA did yesterday, have it then murder it and get arrested.
Condoms in schools might work. Abstinence is impossible. Better to just let them have their rights. Women ought to decide for themselves anyway without the interference of men. We just don't know what it's like and never will. I never listen to male pro-lifers. It's like listening to the Pope on sex education. Or women about football. Don't play the game you can't make the rules.
