Cindy on Rb Dug this up today.Togut and Segal at 110 NY, NY will handle the negotiations for PNLK assets (Trustee). I was given the name of Chris Lagal (sp) 212 594-5000. I have requested to receive a list of assets and was told the Principal Officers of PNLK will be bidding on them. I case anyone doesnt understand this .it means Dave Walker and Jpc will most likely be bidding on the Mtl contents.These sons of bitches are going to buy this cheap and open under a new name.Well we are suggesting everyone request a list of assets.This thing is getting quite interesting.
