Do you know the target price and date of the IPO?

From a market standpoint, they are well regarded and have a unique leadership position in the hot area of CTI and network interfaces - particularly for customers with sophisticated call centre applications. Their biggest constraint is that they are a young company without the resources to properly address the market demand.

They compete indirectly with Geotel and have a more powerful platform but have not yet worked the distribution channels to the same degree.

Do you know what percentage of shares will be floated? I suspect most of the shares will remain in the hands of the VC firms and upper management after the IPO.
