Location, location, location.

I'm in the Denver area and live in a townhome on the west side of town. Real Estate in the area goes at full asking price and in only a few days on the market. It's been like that for a very long time.

Unfortunately for us, many of these home buyers are coming in from California and think they are "stealing" houses at these prices. I say unfortunate because the congestion is unbelievable. More highways, schools, and parking lots.
