another question would be.... in a devaluation cycle...

what happens to gold? does it become a store of value?

does it become more expensive?

does it become less demanded?

do all other asset classes become devalued?

if the primary asset classes are devalued vis a vis the central store... the us dollar.... does the true meaning of fiat suddenly dawn on the class holders? and if so, create suspician about all fiat classes as well as those whose values are agreed to by a common market.. prior to the change in fiat?
