I don't consider CoMC to be mudslinging, but actually misleading people with his allegations. My posts to him were to find out if any of the allegations were based on fact. If you have followed my posts in the past, you know that I am on a crusade for Truth: Truth in Trading, Truth in Life, and now, Truth in Lawsuits. I could not stand by and see him continue. The others on the thread were going back and forth with him on side issues and I thought they were being distracted from the facts of the case. My posts were an attempt to establish some facts, but no answers were forthcoming.
I personally would love to see those who are breaking the law get their punishment, but this is the U.S., and he cannot go around libeling and accusing people without evidence. You will note in his replies to my messages that he is increasingly agitated to the point where in his last post he has finally threatened me.

So will it cost me my web site, my business or my life? As far as I am concerned, I am wasting my time, because he has nothing to lose and everything to gain. For him, any publicity is good publicity at this point. I have received several emails from friends and this quote in particular reflects their sentiments:

So at the risk to my own person, I still felt compelled to expose his attempt to pose as a whistleblower. This thread is moderated for the sole purpose of stopping him from posting. He can post on his own thread. I promise I will not ban anyone from this thread other than him, unless he comes back with another alias.
