Didn't say but consider that TMTA's present market cap is only around $600 million..they have $300 million in cash and a superior product. What they don't have...yet is a strong U.S. presence . I would suspect that once Carusoe gets offered first by Japanese companies like NEC, Fujitsu etc.. then U.S suppliers the rewards will be spectacular. I also believe this news release is not insignificant:

I read on Transmeta's site where they will upgrade architectures every six months so it will be difficult for legacy chip suppliers to emulate them.

The risk/reward here is spectacular even though the short-term will be challenging . A patient investor who can accumulate here with a 6-12 month time-frame will be quite pleased I suspect.
