I think that the revenue numbers were very bad. AMD can not continue to have sales under $1B and execute the very ambitious plans for new CPUs and process generations without going into a string of quarterly losses. In the next 3-4 quarters AMD will have to bite the bullet and make all the necessary expenditures. This could cause losses to average $100M to $200M per quarter.

Intel knows it and few clever people on Wall Street know it. Today's price action reflects this line of reasoning. Also don't forget the rest of the market. It has a long way down to go. I am all cash and not ready to buy yet.
