Selec - GW is clearly not responsible but that doesn't really matter. He is going to President during a slump and with what we are going through and are about to go through he will be the one that is remembered and not the previous President.

Thats just the way it works. Maybe Hoover wasn't responsible for the 1930s slump but he is remembered for it. This slump is setting up to make the 1930s look like a walk in the park and GW is going to be remembered. Maybe thenext guy will come along with a New Deal to clean up the mess. The next President in 2004 is going to be well remembered. I don't know which party he will come from but he will be new.

Best regards,

L
