Viper I find it hard to believe that they couldnt sell the company instead of chapter7 if in fact the mtl contents is almost finished.Instead they figured out another way.That was to file chapter 7 and bid on the Mtl contents unless they really like the office furniture at the offfice.They pick up the Mtl contents dirt cheap and open up under a new name with no debt.Are French poodle will act like a victim because he loaned pnlk money and now thats gone.But I am sure he knows what the Mtl is worth.I am also trying to figure out what happened to those 5 million shares to Jpcs wife.As Gz said on many occasions that they were not sold.Maybe not sold but I do think they profited from them.
