just curious as to why you did not include WFC, WM and GDW in your index? it seems to me those would the be leaders of a crash. Furthermore, I think commercial (all kinds: office, retail, R&D) would crash before residential. Anyone know of some "good" 2nd grade Office/Retail REITs that is prime for shorting?
