Steve, with last weeks employment figures, it is confirmed that a recession is on the way. Even though technically recession is defined as 2 qtr of negative GDP growth, which we have yet to experience, I opine that the effects on certain sectors will be the same. Real estate and real estate related sectors are going to be hit hard. I intend on doing some valuation homework this weekend. Just wondering what you guys think on the TA side for the following (in no particular order): CD FRE FNM CCR GDW WM WFC BAC SIVB Finally, I have never followed REITs so I am clueless as to where to start. Do you guys know of any retail/office REITs, especially the second grade stuff, which are prime for one huge tumble? Ramsey
