"Losing money" -- NO! Last couple of reports have been breaking even. "Dilution of shares" -- well, yeah. There's no disputing that. "Bank loan falls through" -- not quite. They withdrew from negotiations. That indicates to me that they weren't happy with the terms and decided that it wasn't in the company's best interest to continue. "Something good" -- hopefully someone else can help us out with that.
