Chaz, just as I mentioned. It takes quite some time to operate a complex networks. Now let's look at WCDMA GPRS side, even if you assume say by today every technical problems it has got solved suddenly, you still need quite some time to run the networks and optimize it. WCDMA will be running in the new spectrum, that means the networks configuration will be totally different.

Look at Korea, it's existing networks are the most advance in the world, their upgrading path is the easiest comparing to the others. Not only that Korean manufactures are the primary equipment providers of their own networks, means much less overhead and time consumption in various coordination effort. Yet it still takes time for them to get familiar with the whole thing.

Korea's experience in 1x will be a major asset to all the CDMA operators in the world, when those operators rolling out their 1x networks, they will have a model to learn from, be it business model or operation model or technical model. That will shorten the time for a mature networks.

Then you see where the other side will be. I can't stop the smile on my face now:-)
