Yes, ABX in part rescued the HM shareholder from continued Jack Thompson management. Problem is the bad decisions may well continue with Jack & some of HM sr. management integrated into ABX. I resent that some of the premium from the takeover that should have gone to the long suffering shareholders has become a golden parachute for Sr. HM management & a NYSE icon has been killed in the process.

If there is a golden parachute for Sr. HM management it should only be whatever they pick up in stock trades as a takeover premium - same as other shareholders! Either Jack Thompson should go & there be an increase in shares offered or the premium should be increased for ALL existing HM shareholders. This "premium" would be easy to pay as ABX HM both produce an acceptable form of MONEY from their own in-ground mints - the mines.

Pay us off in Gold & Silver Bullion & or sack Thompson!
