Richard-My only REIT left is alot of HRP who just declared the dividend but kept it flat. I don't see much downside but hardly any upside either. Any thoughts on REITs to swap into that might have limited downside and more upside yet a 9% solid yield??? TIA Bob PS-I sold my other REITs too early for whatever that's worth yet since most of the $ were put into energy it hasn't worked out too badly.
