Reason why KKD may not come back down in price any time soon :

As I have stated before, there are only a few similar publicly-traded companies that own an "icon" brand **

** for explanation of the term "icon" -- see my post # 543

Most of them are large companies (such as Coca-Cola or McDonalds), where the ability to expand enormously, and for a long time still, is becoming at least a bit questionable.

Even if there is no huge buying interest in KKD at the current valuation, there is probably a huge buying interest on a 5% price pull-back, a 10% pull-back, etc.

Remember, we need to have something like a 75% pull-back to reach the point where many people were branding Krispy Kreme the "luxury short" !

Jon.
