Hi all; Registered DDR pricing drops 21% in week:

512MB DIMM and RIMM pricing
PC133 DDR
reg unb reg unb RDRAM
---- ---- ---- ---- -----
06/29/01 $494 $259 $377
07/06/01 $ 99 $ 39 $390 $244 $335

P.S. For simplicity, I'm ignoring ECC vs Non-ECC pricing here, as well as PC2100 vs PC1600, PC800 vs PC600, and am only posting the lowest prices on PriceWatch. This week's DDR prices are for ECC PC100 registered, non-ECC PC133 unbuffered, ECC PC2100 registered, non-ECC PC2100 unbuffered, and ECC PC800. I've included SDRAM pricing for the same size module as an example of mainstream memory pricing.
