funlotto.com Some interesting concepts here! But their claim that virtual private network lotto sales are legal now while internet sales aren't seems goofy if anyone can download the software to set up the private network. And it seems too complicated for most folks to bother with. But they have burned the midnight oils coming up with this concept.
