He may have or been involved in some way. However, innocent until proven guilty is pretty clear. It's also a right that I for one would want under the same circumstances. I can't lie to ya.....the same thought ran through my mind. That said, I think its a dangerous and slippery slope for us to assume he's guilty. Above all I'm trying to keep an open mind in what could prove to be a very ugly incident.
