About ZIXI: On Friday, July 6, the Huizenga group just filed with the SEC a Form 424B3 Prospectus for a follow-on offering to dump their 3 million shares. ZixIt Corp. will of course not see a dime of the proceeds. There was no PR and it is not mentioned on the web site but Beverly in IR was kind enough to inform me by e-mail. tee hee hee freeedgar.com
