SMOKED TOMATO SAUCE

4 tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tblsp cilantro
1 cup tomato juice

Smoke tomatoes, red bell pepper and onion in a barbecue smoker for one hour. Puree with garlic, cilantro and tomato juice.
