Kirk, I would be amazed if most of those shares weren't boxed with shorts right after the "investment" was made. They would have been stupid not to lock in the profits then; the registration now could very well be the first step to covering those shorts, with a larger float for the sucker longs and a tidy profit for the WH "investors". Just a SWAG.....
