What do you mean no despair? This entire world's falling into despair.

Show me 5 days in a row of -1000 tick counts then I will admit despair.
I will be a buyer on despair.
Right now I see grazing sheep and complacent longs, and better yet fearful bears.

I want to see more complacency. Like a week of it on steadily sinking stocks. Then several days of despair will do it for me.
