I've never made one of those "Night of a Thousand Garlic Cloves" chicken recipes, but I love garlic. I know I was part of that roasted garlic discussion on the DAR. Believe it or not, my Korean daughter asks me to roast her a head of garlic every time she's home. She's always been a little wacky in the favorite foods department, though. She's a big fan of classic Jewish cooking: matzoh ball soup, noodle puddings, brisket.
