Ditch LOL...Reg. FD only pertains to those that don't know ahead of time! Stocks still move up prior to a news release then fall on the release itself. If NO one knew ahead of time why would the stock move up? I'd be willing to bet that you will see a rally in SKI sometime within the next 90 days on high volume then the "letter to shareholders" will come out with a one day plummet as the retail guy finds that he has been "had". Interesting article in the New York Times re: why the recovery is not taking place. The dollar is still just to strong against the Euro and Yen. G7 seems reluctant to do anything about either. What a freeking mess the "smart guys" have made with their global econ!!!!!!!!!!! IMO too many of our large companies depend on foreign sales while we are buying goods from depressed countries and paying tariffs on those purchases. Just plain crazy. Ken
