Very true...

In fact, I will be the first to recognize that there is no reason to call women the "weak sex". The only thing that saves us males is that women, at large, have a kinder heart.

Otherwise, we would be dead meat [which as it is, we are in trouble already] (ggg)

Now, having said that, just go to the gym and get back into that 8. After all, kids, before you know it, will be off to college. Not to mention the obvious health issues.
