CJ, that would be cool, but I wonder. You can check out the official AMD spec sheet for the 760 mp / mpx at amd.com ; in particular, figures 1 & 2 on p 5 & 6. Again, the only claimed difference is 33 mhz/66 mhz PCI. If you're feeling really geeky, you can even check the pinouts. I didn't see any obvious undefineds, but there were enough power/ground pins to hide an elephant. I think maybe they need to get the North/South bridge HT link working before doing cLT.
