I think you are completely clueless on MP volumes.

1M/qtr is completely unrealistic.

I doubt if Intel sells even 2M server chips/qtr.

If AMD can capture 10% (which is UNLIKELY) would get to around 200K units/qtr best case.

AMD will benefit from laptop sales in Q3 and Q4. Here they may get 1M/Qtr if lucky and $30-50 incresed ASP over desktops).

They will suffer even more from FLASH (let me REPEAT - lower sales, lower ASP's, HIGHER LOSSESS).

They will suffer even lower ASP's in dektops - their MHZ ramp seems stalled. So even with a $10 drop in ASPs you end up losing $60M/qtr.

I think AMD will do WELL to BREAKEVEN in Q3/Q4 unless overall market recovers significantly.
