I think that it depends on what people mean when they talk about visibility. When Henley and Ellison were using the word at the CC for the 3rd quarter, they meant that they couldn't tell what the conversion rate was going to be for orders in the pipeline. And no one else knew what that was going to be at that time, either. That's not whining, that's just stating fact. I don't believe that there has been a lack of leadership at ORCL, if that's what we were supposed to conclude from this article.
