I have a first cousin with epilepsy. Or she used to have it, i haven't heard anything about it for a while. But as far as i know, she's the only epileptic in the family, and i'm the only migraine person. Imitrex is wonder-drug (though it doesn't work for some people) and i don'[t understand how you can not have it around if you get those headaches! The most important thing for me is to stay away from the tyramine-containing foods, which is hard, since they're all the good ones.
