To All;

It is quite obvious that we are "to each his own" opinion here. We believe based on our experience, good fortune or not. But remember, the people who offered bid and ask price determines our luck. They are the ones took our money or stock and make a market. So, I pay them attention first. Technical analysis(trendlines) comes next. Shorts count, and costs of shorts analyzed, immediately. Fundamentals are for long term considerations. Then you can price the stock. (Learned from a bull pan boss at a famous brokerage house. Paid dearly for the lessons too. It didn't come cheap.)

Again, shorts cost is based on shorts data monthly and the bid price average during that month. Anyone can figure it out within order of magnitude accuracy.

On technology progression, it is based on planned obsolescence and replacement. Currently that implementation is faulty in that Pentium 4 does not sell well. And convergence technology of telecom wireless is delayed by Docomo and NTT. ATT Wireless took the money but has not been dominating in writing the specifications yet. In another half a year, broadband, cable, digital TV and computer network technology convergence will be clear cut and business will be booming again.

The economy is planned and therefore predictable. We had to bring in some order by planning since May 1992.
