"Regarding inflation, it is way lower than it was in the 70's." John, With energy prices coming down inflation comparisons going forward will look even better. Along with earnings comparisons this should ultimately create the underpinnings(along with low rates and tax cuts) of a new bull market. Bull market should begin before these first comparisons occur. I still believe we have seen the bottoms and this all part of the basing pattern. I hope that i am right. mike
