Matt,
I believe that AAHS will actually wind up being sold for around $10 a share...just my assessment. However, if the announced transaction is reduced to a contract AND the investment community gains some confidence that the buying entity has the resources to consummate the deal, then $6.50 will be the lower end of a trading range which should extend about two points higher.

My understanding is that Global has to attract financing for the deal.
