EMC received upgrade today and so maybe the bottom is behind us Friday EOD. I bought some then. NOK also looking very cheap here. I was in Amstrdam recently and had to get a phone card. The line at the NOK store counters was very long. They're sure not going out of business. 26 PE? Hmm. Generation Y is projected to be 90% cell phone owners soon and only 50% now so the growth is there.
