I think it was just a "letter of intent" announced in Feb.
After the major done their DD, the deal is officially closed.
With the current junior market, this is extremely positive
news. There are tons of good junior prospects now and RTZ
decided to go with RIO. Secondly, RIO now injected with
a bit of more cash to continue their drillings on other
potential properties.
