From Briefing.com 6:53AM Marconi (MONI) 3.05: Announced that Deputy Chief Executive John Mayo resigned from the company effective immediately. In interviews over the weekend, CEO George Simpson suggested that the company is probably vulnerable to a takeover attempt following the precipitous decline in its stock price.
