Y'all want to see a scary chart?

This is the 10 year MONTHLY chart for MSFT:

bigcharts.com

Look at that Stochastic getting ready for the big plunge!!!

I would reckon a drastic downturn in MSFT could put the hurt on the Nasdaq back to previous lows, or lower. The Nasdaq down channel indicates we should hit 1,400 sometime this fall.

And we all know that MSFT announced lower revenues for the first time in its history, clearly making its current market cap unjustifiable. But they have a ton of cash they could feasibly deploy in their put writing program and for buying back stock. (Edit: But I guess they need to set aside enough to cover the multi-billion fine they are going to pay to the Feds).

Any thoughts?
