Didn't Perk and CC move to NYC ?? Can perksomemore close the books in NYC-over a cappuchino and a croissant ?? Or, will the chimp-mobile depart for PA, CA ?? I'd like to hear from the compensation committee; I'd like to have a sincere discussion about "poison pills" and the reason for that (besides protecting management interests). You know, these guys just don't get it. Customer confidence begins with the overall health and longevity of the company, aka. shareholder value.
