The dosing issue is pretty significant. One of the issues that has caused weakness in CELG stock is that sales dropped some because doctors started using lower doses (which have greater tolerability). Until know I don't think there was a good study that showed that people did better on the higher doses. Remember also that CELG is of course still quite hamstrung in marketing the drug for MM because it is not yet approved for that condition.
