What the order means: I am not familiar with patent law but here is what it seems to be in plain english. GIFT has to describe what each defendant's product is and how each of the such products infringes on the patent. If GIFT does not more specifically describe this, they will lose their claim as to what they failed to specify.

This is common. In initial papers "boiler plate" is used where it is unclear as to what they are really claiming. This "sharpens the claims into more understandable bits and allows the case to focus on these only.
