I have never been a victim of male religious authorities. That is because I have always lived in countries where religious authorities are prevented, through the wisdom of the citizenry, from wielding state power. If male religious authority gains state power, there will be victims. The same would be true, I assume, of female religious authority, though we have less historical precedent to support that conclusion.
