Look at A/R and A/P. A/R rose during the quarter by $55mm, and A/P declined by $100mm, which contributed a total of $155mm to the cash balance.

Maybe I am missing something, but isn't the result just the opposite? The increase in A/R (Sold more stuff, did get paid $$$ yet) and decrease in A/P (paid $$$ to vendors early) reduces cash, rather than increase.
