It worries me to the point that without the robotic matrix from Oki..the Control Point Switches cannot function. So if Oki would or will or has allowed NHC to renegotiate the contract it would be an indication that they are satisfied with the progress or lack thereof in the negotiations with the ILEC's. If Oki will not change the contract.....Given the state of NHC cash position as I understand it....then that would be a very bad thing for us. I have attempted to get an answer from NHC where they stand with this contract but so far... two E mails and a phone call that was never returned... I am still lacking an answer. I was hoping that someone else could clarify a bit? Thank you...
